Meet the Villains!
Allow me to Introduce Barnacle Bill Drake and Dr. Grave, the Evil Mad Scientist

Admiral Barnacle Bill Drake, The Deadly Fist of the Gulf
Drake commands the Fifth Fleet with a lethal blend of charisma and menace. At sixty, he possesses the vigor of a man half his age, with long, dark curls whipping in the stormy winds, and piercing dark eyes that conceal a labyrinth of secrets. Dressed in an imposing green leather coat adorned with reds and browns, Drake is both a formidable pirate captain and a cunning tactician whose rise through the imperial military speaks of relentless ambition and fierce victories—none more infamous than the blood-soaked Ascension Day in New Valencia, where his unyielding blade extinguished countless innocent lives, leaving the flames of destruction as his calling card.

But as he steers his infamous ship, Lighting of the Sky, the arrival of the cunning Clara Asheton ignites a simmering resentment within him. Initially dismissive of her daring to infiltrate his ranks, Drake’s disdain turns to cunning scheming as he plots Clara’s downfall. Little does he know, Clara is a master of strategy, consistently outwitting him, transforming their rivalry from a high-stakes game of chess on turbulent waters to a deadly dance of vengeance and ambition.

Dr. Grave
Dr. Victor Grave: Once a brilliant military engineer, he was shattered by the Great Calamity, —a cataclysm that turned his world into ruins. Rescued by the Shadowsouls, he was reborn as the E-X41N, a mechanical monstrosity fused with a dark agenda that was infused into the core of his being from his fellow Cabal members from the Befor Time. Haunted by their loss and the interruption of their agenda by God's intervention, he is driven by a relentless pursuit of Transhumanism, Grave seeks to transcend humanity itself, creating horrific chimera beings in the depths of Bloodthirst Island.
Grave's insatiable hunger for knowledge and control puts him at odds with anyone daring enough to challenge his vision for an unholy future, including the emperor himself! While Emperor Shadowsoul uses him to recover understanding of lost technology and develop new weapons, Shadowsoul and his villainous wife Jezebel remember well that Transhumanism is what ultimately brought the wrath of God upon the wold in Noah's day and during the Calamity. They have no wish to risk another judgement and limit the scope their plans for world domination.
Now, as his mechanical mind spirals beyond their control, Grave’s primal programming— remains an echo of the will of those who tried to build the New World Order and failed. he refuses to believe in the existance of the Almighty and the risks of defying His will when it comes to destroying the natural of the world. It —pushes him toward the ultimate crossroads: will he serve his masters, or unleash chaos that could once again bring about mankind’s annihilation?
